Returns

We hope you’ll love every purchase you make from our website, but if you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

All expenses for the return and the replacement of the item are paid by the customer.

Regarding our return address, please contact us at our Instagram or Facebook account for further information and guidance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  You can always contact us for any return question at our Instagram/Facebook accounts or at our contact telephone.

We do not accept returns in clearance items.

You can change your item with another or with a 4 month voucher within 14 days from the day of the purchase otherwise we can make you a refund of the price of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned(such as personalized items or earrings for health and hygiene reasons).Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you have sent it.

Customers in Cyprus can exchange your purchase from our Mainstream store, or via Courier accompanied by your email sent for the order purchased as a proof of purchase.
